The stay was quite disappointing. The room had cleanliness issues and an unpleasant smell lingered throughout. While the staff was polite, the facilities were lacking, particularly the non-functional amenities. The grounds looked unkempt, and I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a pleasant experience. Some improvements are desperately needed.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay where I could relax in a comfortable bed while easily accessing stunning park views at Ravine Gardens State Park, just under 5 km away, and taking strolls to local historic sites like the Bronson-Mulholland House, which was less than 4 km from the hotel, making my weekend exploration a breeze.

The pool offered scenic riverfront views, but my room had dirty floors.

Went on a little culinary adventure and found some local eats that had me drooling! Not to mention, a comfy little restaurant right next to the resort served some killer bites! Plus, the friendly front desk crew made check-in a breeze!

The room was a bit worn around the edges, rust on the showerhead, and let's just say the shower could use some serious TLC. However, I definitely felt the motel vibes creeping in.

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, with a lovely breakfast option available in the restaurant, and the outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing addition after a day of exploring.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking 🌅! Just sitting on the balcony, watching the river flow, was everything I needed. Unfortunately, the pool closed earlier than I'd hoped, which was a bit disappointing.

I truly enjoyed my stay for a night. The beautiful river view from my King Room was breathtaking. Staff provided exceptional service, especially at check-in. Take time to relax outdoors. the tranquility of the location is unmatched. A quick visit to nearby dining options is a highlight too!

Request a room near the lobby for a quieter stay, especially if you want to avoid noise from the communal areas.

i had a pleasant stay at crystal cove riverfront resort. check-in was smooth thanks to the very friendly staff. it was cold, and they quickly provided me with an extra blanket. the location is lovely, right by the river, which is perfect for some outdoor relaxation.

The hotel had a pleasant staff who were very helpful. A particular experience with the night clerk was a highlight despite the chaos around us.

The price I paid was higher than anticipated but it's still a budget option.
